The post will cover basic Canadian immigration program and what are the difference between these two immigration programs. The Temporary foreign workers program (TFWP) and International Mobility Program (IMP) are two key immigration channels for Canada. The TFWP is a temporary worker program that allows foreign nationals to legally work for employers in Canada for a specific period.
The TFWP includes several programs that depend on the employer’s specific needs. The IMP (International Mobility Program) is an immigration program that allows foreign citizens who have been delivered a job in Canada to come to Canada and work. The IMP is based on the Canadian Experience Class. This program is designed to help employers fill jobs they cannot find Canadian workers to do.
