New Brunswick Critical Worker Pilot is an immigration program that aims at filling up the critical labour shortages in different provinces in Canada. This program mainly focuses on attracting skilled foreign workers and providing them with the opportunity to become permanent residents in Canada.
Furthermore, New Brunswick Critical Worker Pilot Program is part of an economic immigration program working toward the difficult-to-fill jobs in New Brunswick and hence the participant employer makes the candidate’s applications and as a result, direct applications from interested candidates are not accepted.

Step 1: You should have an employment offer
Firstly, you must have a genuine employment offer from an eligible employer in New Brunswick and he should be willing to support you in the process of immigration.
